Shipping policy

We aim to deliver within 7 days, usually 2-3 working days. We will advise if there is any undue delay. From time to time, some products may be in short supply or may be discontinued, we will advise you as soon as possible.

We use either a courier or Australia Post depending on the destination and your requirements.  If no-one is at home, the delivery service will leave your delivery in a safe place or leave a card explaining how to arrange delivery or pick-up of the parcel. You may be required to sign for goods received.

You may find it more convenient to have the purchases delivered to a work or business hours address.

For large (bulky and/or heavy items) or special deliveries, an additional charge may apply. 

Packaging

To contain costs and reduce environmental impact, we re-use packaging materials wherever possible. Recycled or recyclable materials are used where re-useable packaging is unavailable.

Carbon offset

Whenever possible we select a delivery method that participates in a carbon offset program to reduce the carbon footprint of our online store.
