The bamboo fibre that these tumblers are made from is biodegradable in soil by naturally occurring microorganisms and sunlight. So, when you eventually need to dispose of it, your Impact Bamboo it can be composted. Impact Eco wares bamboo tableware is expected to biodegrade within 8- 10 months in a suitable composting environment.
